Move Day is OVER

Have you ever wondered if it's possible to scare the pee out of a kitteh?
Yes.
Yes, it is.
- The Mom

We kittehs are outraged that our MOM would
share such an intimate detail with
ALL of our furriends in the CB.
And we ain't telling which one did it, either.

Uh Oh.

Hey Leia, look-y what you got ! A brand new PTU.

Um, Toby dear, that isn't for Leia. It's for you.

Mom!!! NOOOOO!!!! It's... it's.... a totally girly color. I can't go in that!

I know, I tried to find a mancatly color for you,
but they're hard to find in your size.

Hmpf. Righttttt - you're just being cheap, aren't you, Mom?
Well... at least it has a nice second door on top.
I guess that's not too bad.
And it does look roomy enough for a guy with my fee-seek.
But you're still gonna have to shove me in there, Mom.

I know, Toby, I know!

Mom's Note:
Move Day is this Saturday.
Keep your paws crossed that all goes well.
My biggest regret is that the
cats have to lose their screened in porch.

PS: That PTU really is a ghastly shade of blue!!

Goodbye, Sweet Praline

The beautiful diva Praline, our very good furriend, has gone on to the Bridge. We're all very sad here. She has been such a regular visitor to our little corner of the CB, and it's very strange to think we won't see her again. We knew it was coming, but we're a bit stunned anyway.

Praline, run free at the Bridge, dear girl. We will meet you one day, and you can show us around.

Please go by and visit her Mom, if you can. She put together a touching and lovely video for her girl, and we know that soft purrs from her friends will help ease the pain.

Love from us all,
Toby, Leia and Cathy

We Haz a Sad

Our good furriends, Eric & Flynn, got some bad news about their Mom. She's sick, and will undergo treatment. We're very sad that this has happened, and they have our best, constant purrayers during this time.

But we also has a hope.

We believe in miracles, and faith in things unseen, and we believe that their Mom will recover completely. Please go by and give comfort to them, if you haven't already.

Monday

Leia, you look so funny chasing your tail!! Round and round and round she goes. Hee hee

Toby, you know I luff chasing my tail. Great exercise, helps with coordination, keeps my mad skillz sharp. Plus, it's just plain fun.

So shove it, Fluff-n-Stuff!

Happy Monday to all of our furriends!

"M" Day

Mom said we're almost to Moving Day - it will be the last Caturday of this month. We're not sure how long that is; we think it's maybe elebenty days away. She has to go buy a second kitteh carrier too this weekend. (We gave our second away awhile ago, and she just got too lazy to replace it before now).

She says it won't be too bad; our new house is less than a mile away; but we're putting our paws down on this issue.

Do you think it will help? Will feline civil disobedience work?

Kittehs, Interrupted

Furriends, don't you just hate it when Mom (or Dad) interrupts you? Seriously, when we're having a conference, chasing bugs (or bits of grass or whatever) or doing other impawtant work, seems like Mom is always coming around wanting to see what we're up to.

Then we have to stop and give her that special blank, patient kitteh stare that says, "We're busy, go play on your own for awhile".

Really. Can't leave her alone for five whole minutes! Worse than kitten-tots, hoomins are.
