This.
But it required extensive remodeling,
as you can see.
It required foamboard, glue, paint and a lot of work with an Xacto knife, which Mom says is very, very sharp. Most of this was done on the porch, so we had to do our snoopervision on the other side of the screen door. As IF we'd get into glue. Or paint.
After all that, it required a name - Castle Durin. (if you don't know, Durin is the family name for the dwarves Thorin, Fili and Kili). And this afternoon, FINALLY, the Small Folk took up residence in their new home.
We hope everyone will be quite happy in Castle Durin.
Wow, your mom did that? Fantastic!
ReplyDelete(Ssshhhh, don't tell your mom we said this, but the Small Folk look like fun toys to us. Whap! Whap! Whap!)
