I Haz Suspicions....

My furriends, I'm not sure what to think. I've always thought my Mom was a pretty good egg but lately, I've started thinking maybe she is being a bit... ohhhh.... what is that hoomin word - sarcastic?

Like this afternoon, she was teasing me about being awake for my one hour. Sure I like to sleep a lot. It makes me happy. So what's wrong with that?

Makes me wonder what else she's been sarcastic about....

So how about y'all? Any of you have an experience like this?

The Princess on Her Throne

Mom calls this my Princess throne.
Which it is, I suppose, since if I'm on the bed, I'm on this.

And I am sooo definitely a Princess.

Pudding to the Rescue

This is a wonderful story we wanted to share, if you haven't already seen it. This is Pudding, a 21 pound long hair ginger mankitteh. He was just adopted, with his best furriend, from the shelter when he saved his new hoomin's life. The same day, mind you!

Our Mom has always known that kittehs are special, and capable of amazing things. (Ok, woofies too.)

The Tiny Meow

Nothing quite gets a Mom like the Tiny Meow.
It works like this: look up at her with the most innocent
look you can imagine. Big eyes, the works.
Then barely open your mouth and let out the
tiniest meow you can make. Barely more than a squeak.

And just listen to the SQUEEEEs!!!! roll in.

Emergency Purrayers Needed

Our good furriend Whitey from the Daily Gs has become very ill.
Today he's getting a feeding tube inserted.

Please go by and visit his Mom, if you haven't already.

Update, Mar. 2:

Sweet Whitey has passed.
It's a very sad day in the CB.

Oh Holy Ceiling Cat

She did it. She finally did it!
Our Mom put us on a diet!!!
NOOOOOO!!!!

The Mom: They are actually doing very well with restricted food. I don't leave it out during the day or all night anymore, but I do let it stay down for a couple of hours in the evening, and as much time as I can before work. And they really love the red dot, but Toby spends more time watching it than playing with it. Leia will run herself ragged trying to catch it.
