Live on Etsy!
Mom wants our furriends' hoomins to know that her brand new shop just opened today on Etsy.
It features 7 items she made.
Below is a sneak peek at one:
You can use this for pens, pencils, scissors, whatever you want!
Anyway, take a look and see if you like anything.
Happy Monday.

Our Caturday
Mom spent the day working at her craft table.
After I got done with my day long sleep, I went out to snoopervise.
But do you think she appreciated it?
No! Some nonsense about paint and glue and water...
So I went off and slept on the couch instead.

It's 10 PM. Do you know where your hoomin is ?
More impawtantly, do you know what they are doing?
Our mom is on vacation this week, so she doesn't really have a schedule. We didn't really notice any thing different until tonight. Late at night, when we have gotten all comfy and cozy and settled in, what does she do?
Gets up and starts MOVING THINGS AROUND! Not just small stuff, oh no - Mom is going for the big stuff! She said she has the bug to rearrange.
We decided we don't want that kind of bug. Sure hope it's not catching.

Introoder Alert!
There was someone in our yard - looking at me!
Of course I stayed put and guarded our home.
It's what I do. Toby was asleep as usual.
Mom swears it was her, but I don't think so. I know I would
recognize my very own mom.
AND - this introoder had the nerve to point the
Flashy Beast at me.
Wow. What is this world coming to ?

A Question for Our Furriends' Hoomins
Things are a bit tight at Chez Whiskeratti, as with so many other people today. I still have my job, thank Ceiling Cat, but employers do love to make us feel insecure about them, don't they? I think it's in their DNA.
And my goal is to move from NC back home to Tallahassee, FL. Which takes green papers.
Part time jobs are hard to come by these days, so I'm thinking of opening my own Etsy shop to sell things I make. I LOVE working with my hands. I love medieval/fantasy stuff. Last year I made three items I am very proud of. Two small beds for 6 inch action figures, and a castle that I bought from a craft store and remodeled to look more like a real medieval castle.
Attached below are the pictures. What I'm hoping for is a bit of market research here today. I remember when I was looking for beds like these, and the only ones I found that I wanted were very expensive. One was $75; it was beautiful, truly, but $75???? Who can afford that? So I made my own.
I guess my ideal consumer would be someone who wants something whimsical for themselves or an older child, but doesn't want to make it themselves, and certainly doesn't want to spend $75 or more on it.
So I'm tossing this out to anyone who wants to comment on these. I'm not asking anyone to buy - though you certainly could! - just see if it's something that might end up on someone's wish list.
Right now I'm thinking of $45 for each bed. $50 for the castle. Plus shipping. And yes, I would very much welcome input on the pricing. I've never sold like this before.

Caturday Dreams
I know Toby is dreaming... cuz he's snoring!
We hope you have happy dreams of your own.
PS: don't tell him I told you!
PPS: stay warm, furriends. It's cold out there.
