Sad Monday


Our Mom says we have had bad news - we may not have our blog much longer. We have an old Mac OS, and one of our two browsers isn't supported at all anymore (Firefox). And it's not looking good right for Safari either. We're not sure what to do.

We're just very sad at maybe not being able to be part of the CB anymore. :( But if we disappear entirely, we just wanted our furriends to know why.

    We hope you can sort things out and so keep blogging! We thought Blogger worked with all browsers/computers...shows how much we know. LOL.

    Oh no! I know nothing about computers which is more than the peep but someone out there at Blogger should be able to give you good information. I hope so. The CB wouldn't be the same without you!

    Oh no, we don't know anything about macs at all. Do they not let you use Google Chrome? Or Internet Explorer thingy? Hope Blogger sorts it out so you can keep blogging :)xxxx

    Try downloading Seamonkey...it's a pretty decent browser that might be a little more backwards compatible than others...

      I looked at seamonkey. But it requires at least 10.5. My computer is too old to upgrade to a new OS.

    Would it be possible for you to reinstall an old version of FF? If so, my mom might be able to dig you up one from her archives. (Shoot, I think she still has Netscape somewhere!)

      TY! But the problem is that we have an OS of 10.4. Most things now require at least 10.5.

    Chrome, even an old version, isn't compatible with your OS system? My human actually likes it even better than Safari, even though that is still her go-to browser. We have Lion and a fairly recent (couple of years old) MacBook Pro, so we probably aren't much help.

    Oh no! This would make us really, really sad! There *must* be something that is compatible with your OS. Or, as Katnip Lounge said, you could always post from a smartphone, if you have one.
