I haven't been around much, I know, either posting or visiting. I'm sorry about that.
My depression and anxiety was kicked into high gear even before this week's news...
My company is most likely going to be in the hands of the state next week. Unless investors with very deep pockets step forward, which is possible but time is running out.
Trying to find a new job in the midst of a pandemic and high unemployment rates is not good. At which point I may be looking at being homeless. I can't even fathom that reality.
I don't think I have ever felt so low.
Oh no! I'm so sorry you are going through such a rough patch. I hope a new job comes along very soon!
ReplyDeleteThis is a terrible situation to be in; I was in a similar bit ten years ago. Please reach out to me if you want--I don't know if you'd find it helpful but I'm here.
ReplyDeleteC; sorry to learn this; I understand completely as I was in a
ReplyDeletesimilar situation; and may be facing it again at the first of the year. network every possibility you can think of; print, news, internet and use the old adage sometimes it's not what you know but who you know. I am sorry and pray things turn around quickly for the better ♥♥
We are sending you purrayers and Power of the Paw - sorry we can't help more !
ReplyDeleteI am so sorry. It is one thing after another and I wish I could help.
ReplyDeleteOh no! We are so sorry to hear you’re going through this. We’re purring and praying that things work out.
ReplyDeleteAGAIN? It seems like just when you feel grounded, the rug gets pulled out from under you again. The Boy got laid off at the end of March - and he found several jobs pretty quick (he also quit a few of these which seemed like looking a gift horse in the mouth). We hope everything works out.
ReplyDeleteThanks. I know, right? So hard to believe I'm here AGAIN.
DeleteI have had you on my mind all this time. As with everyone else...I will pray that what you need is found. The Tabbies are right about leaving no stone unturned. You never know which stone will be the source of good unless you do turn it, so to speak. Walk past despair toward the good that can be found for you. You'll be in my prayers.
ReplyDeleteThanks so much. I appreciate you!
DeleteI'm so sorry that you are going through such a difficult time. Things are especially hard with the pandemic.. I hope you can get through with this.
ReplyDeleteI am so sorry that is happening to you. You are in my prayers. XO

Cecilia

ReplyDeleteThat was quite unexpected, but thanks! Maybe it's a hopeful sign things will improve. And Vina will definitely enjoy any cat goodies.
