I've never been much of a sink girl. Oh, I luff to hang out on the edge and drink from the faucet, sure, but otherwise... never had a need to go deeper.
But here I am! I recently discovered how much fun it can be to just sit inna sink and contemplate the world. Toby used to spend a lot of time lounging in the bathroom sink when he was *a lot* smaller but he never did the kitchen sink thing.
I'm a trendsetter here. Who knew? :)
PS: Vote Pepper!!!!
I hear that the sink can be nice and cool when everything else is hot hot hot! So if you needs a cool down, in the cool sink you go! (I just heard this from AAB who heard it from someone named "Kitty.")
ReplyDeleteHehe! I've never tried it! It looks like fun! As long as my Mummy doesn't turn the water on!
ReplyDeleteWe don't really try that...except Derry, who likes to squeeze into the bathroom sink when he's being brushed.
ReplyDeleteHave a terrific weekend!
The sink is the best!
ReplyDeleteI used to get in the bathroom sink until it shrunk. Now I like to lie out in the bath.

Our cats don't try now, but when
ReplyDeleteRosie was younger, she slept in it in the summer because it was cooler for her.
We think that sinks are great -- you look like you are contemplating world peace....something really profound.

The Baby like to do her thinking in the kitchen sink, too. She claims the smooth blank surface is very calming.
ReplyDeleteI just saw your mom's question on my blog comments! I sleep at the library when everyone goes home. I nap for a few hours, then I do rounds to make sure everything is A-OK, then I nap some more! And I greet the staff in the morning when they come into work by flopping at their feets!
ReplyDeleteSometimes I wish I could spend night-time with a few humans, but really now I'm so used to a bit of quiet time (this library is pretty noisy. . . for a library!) that I get a little irritated when they loiter after closing time.
I have never been in a sink. So you say it's a pretty good place to hang? Hmmmm....
ReplyDeleteWe like to drink from the faucet but the only time anybody gets in the sink is when Russell has to lick out a cat food can that my mom hasn't gotten to the recycle bin yet.
ReplyDeleteI've never sat in the sink. Is it really fun? Maybe I should give it a go.
ReplyDeleteYou look very cute in your sink !!!
