Hmpf.

Right now I'm so mad at Mom I could just hiss. And I have. See, there's this upstart mankitten named Nico who lives next door. Mom says he's a stray that they just kind of adopted. I guess that's ok but... he comes into OUR yard! He looks at us while we're on OUR porch! And he hissed at US!

Oh, and he sprays OUR bushes outside too. That is just rude.

Worst of all - Mom picks him up. Yesterday when she came home from werk she gave him a hug and came inside. I was all happy and excited to see her, I always am, but when I went up to her she smelled like that little pipsqueak. I got so mad I hissed at her, but kept going up to her to be petted, then I would hiss again. Kind of hard to make up my mind whether I should be mad or happy. I guess I was both.

She thought that was funny, and she laughed at me. I see I'm gonna have to lay down the paw on paying attention to that squeaker.

  1. We know just how you feel. The neighbor nextdoor to us just got a new yellow lab puppy, and our Mama is CRAZY about that puppy! Whenever the puppy is out, Mama goes and pets her and talks to her and lets her lick her all over. Meanwhile, WE'RE barking at the intruder for sticking its nose into our side of the yard, and guess who gets yelled at? US! Ugh. Humans. No loyalty, right?

  3. When our Beans come home smelling of introoders, we sniff and sniff at them then show our teeth.

  5. I think you have a new brother coming in.

Please purr for Au. He ate three bites of chicken so I'm hoping he'll get better soon but this liver disease thing has me freaked.

  7. That is very not cool of your mummy. Give her the back of disrespect.

  8. Me feels for you! Except the OTHER cat lives with us! The brat Kozmo makes me hiss! Me likes cats online and NOT in my house!

  9. Our Mom has the nerve to feed 'something' outside. We do not know what it is, but can smell it through the door! Those outside critters make us very curious.
She has even had the nerve to bring a couple of feral cats *inside*!!
Hope you have a happy Sunday!
