Mom wanted me to explain the fried chick-hen: She started that when I was
sick last fall and didn't want to eat. She was willing to offer me anything I'd take.
Once that got started, I didn't want it to stop. And of course
Leia discovered the nom-iness of it and had to have her share too.
So now it's tradition. It's a kind of profit sharing, really.
