Sunday Sorta Selfie


This is the best we're gonna do today for selfies.
Naps are just too impawtant to let anything interfere with them.

Mom says this is my bed-fur-head look.


*I* think she's making fun of me. Again. She does that.


Leia's Latest:

She had her re-check UA on Wednesday. 
The vet said she looked good except for some red blood cells,
probably caused by taking the sample in the first place. 
That she didn't need any more antibiotics. I trusted his judgment.

Which was fine until Friday afternoon when she started in with her second UTI.
At least they didn't force me to bring her in on Friday too.

    Leia Darlin' I'm so sorry about the 2nd UTI. I feel for you my friend. I had a bout with them last fall. I hope and purr the 2nd round of antibotics take care of everything.

    Ugh, what a bummer that Leia had a second UTI. I had a bout of them a couple of years ago, and my human periodically gives me some Cosequin in my food because one of the vets said that it might help... and whap on wood, I haven't had any since.

    Toby, your furs are kinda sticking up there, dude! Poor Leia, cat bladder issues are not fun and the vet could have caught it, I suppose. Make sure she's on some probiotics, because her gut flora gets knocked out by the antibiotics.

    You love napping on the bed like WE do! It is our favrite place at night (though we have ta make room fer TBT) and also late afternoons after being outside between 2nd lunch and first dinner.

    I love that picture of both of you! That second one though ... you look very annoyed in that one, Toby. Poor Leia. Since we got Ellie a week and a half ago, we've been to the vet 4 times (twice for each cat) and we've all had enough!

    I'm sorry about Leia's second UTI! Annie has had a few of them. I really hope this one clears up quickly and doesn't come back!
