Today, I'm glad to share the post with Leia. Some days you just don't want to be alone...
Look, we all know what week this is. Honestly I didn't think too much about it until THIS morning.
Mom was getting ready for work, we were just wandering around and being cats, when -
CRASHHHH !!!
The kitchen monster tried to eat us! It's true!! Mom said it was nothing****, just some baking sheets falling over in the cabinet and on to the floor, but we know better.
So now we're huddled up together and being watchful. Be careful furriends!!
***** This is why it's always the hoomins that get eaten by the monster!
Brody wishes he was there to protect you.
ReplyDeleteTime for inspecting the floor UTB, kitties! But you can trust your Mom; she'll keep you safe from ANYTHING, ANYONE, ANYTIME!
ReplyDeleteMOL! Yes, it's so true. Humans always do get eaten by the monsters. You're wise to keep watch. Clearly, your mom does not understand the true danger here.
ReplyDeleteYikes! We'd all be there, watching and waiting, with you!
ReplyDeleteHumans don't see what we see - that's why they are always getting themselves in trouble.
ReplyDeleteso glad to hear that you guys have a kitchen monster too! They are awful and so loud!!
ReplyDeleteGood grief things that go bump in the night or early morn are just plain scary. Better to stick together one of you might have to bite the monster's jugular and the other its ankles
ReplyDeleteHugs madi your bfff
Oh No!
ReplyDeleteWe had some crashing in our kitchen last night! Mommy has some boxes stored on top of the cupboards...I whapped them of and the crash scared the heck out me! I wish I had a furrend like you guys has.

Oh that musta been really spooky! We woulda jumped out of our furs!
ReplyDeleteBoy, that would have scared me into next MONTH! I hate loud crashing sounds!
ReplyDeleteHoly moley, that must have been terrifying! We get all wigged out at a doorbell on tv, so that would have made all of us hide behind the bookcases!
ReplyDeleteAround here lately, anny crahing noises come from Iza getting up on the kitchen counters. TBT has the counters rigged to make noise. And if that doesn't work, he is going to put double-sided sticky tape on carboard up there.
ReplyDeleteWait a ... can I rent your monster?!?! Best case scenario ... it eats Ellie AND The Boy ... worst case, one or the other. Either way, my life improves significantly! ~Bear Cat
ReplyDeleteWe gotta hand frum copee N paste heer two day …coz we canna sneek round on line… like we want… sew we R stopping bye ta say…. happee howl o ween…. N heerz ta treetz outta pumpkinz wazoo ♥♥♥
ReplyDeleteOh, you two are SO smart to stick together! In the scary movies, it's always when they split up that someone gets eaten by the monster or bitten by the vampire or whatever! You know - the old "wait here!" No! Stick together! It's the only way!
ReplyDeleteYours sincerely,
Margaret Thatcher
and Cam. Cause we're sticking together, too!
Yikes! Be very careful. Happy Halloween!
ReplyDeleteGosh that’s scary! We have kitchen monster here, too. Sometimes it tries to spook us. Give some whaps to that monster!
ReplyDeleteHappy Halloween :-)
You kitties gotta stick together and protect each other - crazy things happen around this time of year! <3
