Mom is home due to weather, since yesterday. And she will be off again tomorrow, Thursday, she told us.
Which is fine; having her around has its advantages. But since she's bored, and can't leave the house, she's Doing. Stuff. Like changing the sheets.
Now, don't get us wrong. We like a clean, tidy home as much as the next feline, but WHY can't she do it when we aren't on the bed?? According to her, it's impossible to find a time when both of us aren't on it. So what? It's her problem to schedule such things.
Inconveniencing us, especially ME, is not right!
Above you see me refusing to move as she made up the bed around me. I held out as long as I could.
Tell her she needs to check the bed roster and pencil in her OWN slot!

ReplyDeleteShe should rush in and do it while you are having your supper. That is what my mum does and then she shuts herself in the bedroom until she has finished. I get annoyed and scrape at the door.

She could do other stuff for sure. Like giving you extra treats, maybe?
ReplyDeleteMy human is quite nasty about the bed also. But she puts my bed on it once it is made. You need to get a grip with your clawsies.
ReplyDeleteGees, what is with the humans? Ours will literally pick us up and put us on the floor when she's changing sheets. She's even been know to...whispers...close the bedroom door to keep us out. :-O
